John Carter

       I chose this move because it's have many different kind of  lives and culture diversity and I like to see an Imaginary move that make me to expand in thinking so far . This move chose the different between aliens and humans in other plant and that make it attractive and same time its complex to leaves the audience thinking and find results whey that happened .John Carter is person like us and he have a problem with police .Every time he tray to run away from them until he find Cave to caver . In cave there are complex Symbols and his tray to touch it but he find a strange rock that send him to other plant. In Mars he fined there is life a humans and aliens and they fight each other for the old reason. He was the stronger and get a special power from the rock and he tray Try to fit between the two of them and he pass in that. Johan Carter , Quote from his enemies and start grow the relations between them .These film shows us the different culture diversity like I learn but in other way .The move have  three  type of culture  aliens , humans and enemies and all of them have get thing and the other don’t have it . The cinema have a great way  to shows the people the massages of culture and that help the people to understand the different culture and adapt  and that impressive.

Summarize

 

    In UAE there is huge number of privet sector and the citizen's less than half privet in sector and most of Emiratis work in the government sector. However, some of research gets the many reason.First, the problem is many of privet sector have negative way with citizens and the other point is the bias with the different culture on the privet sector. The government tray  to Emiratisation but result failed , because some of privet sector neglected the issues and so early . The government tray to do it in other way and started applying pressure after the pressure the they start recruiting nationals. Some officials are trying to change the look of the private sector and the relationship between them.

Cultural Reflection part2 

     In Abu Dhabi there is many strong jobs and every year get improved. There is tow different sector and each of them us a strategic. The number of citizens is less than half of expatriates and the tow of sector trying to accommodate the big number for giving jobs. However in future I hope to work with a government sector, because the place content and promotions for this sector faster and less labor time. There are advantages and disadvantages of each. The government sector have more advantages than disadvantage, the advantage is the salary and the place of job are more comfortable. Most of Staff there understand  our culture and that attract me to work there .The disadvantage about government sector is hard to find place for use , because  mostly of citizens they want work there and you must tray hard and get more skills if we need a good degree .On other hand , The privet sector has less salary and most work for long time this is disadvantage . The mean advantage point about private sector they can caver most of employ for citizens and  expatriates . There is negative stereotype about Emirati workers ,because the Emiratis attract for less work more than what the work about . In my opinion , I believe Emiratisation is important , because  each year the number of local get increasing and the government sector will can cover all jobs in future and they must have equal advantages.  

Future Center #3

LSSS 205 Future Center

1.      I learned from the Future Center trip, we must thank the god for the health and we could help the other to feel they are normal people like us. The second thing we learn the patient they can produce tools that we need it in our hoses such as basket and drowse.  

2.      Good reception in same time we got new information about center. Although, the teachers shows us how do we treat patients. the Future Center they have a different types of disabilities , each of disabilities must have a special way to learn hem and that what I learned it from Future Center.   

3.      They want to shows us the different between the normal people and the disabilities , it’s different  culture helps to expand the thinking about the others and that is culture diversity.

4.      I gaining from this course many things, like how do we deal with other culture ,  how people help each other ,Martin King and his life .When we talked about deal with other , that mean we are equal  and shows the disabilities they can continue the life and the normal people help them to fill they are same us .However, Martin King one of many people wan the freedom from racism . I believe in this course I will learn about new things that will help me I future.   

5.      The value of diversity is the differences and not all of them they are same . Diversity of gender, culture, opinion, perspective, skills and background is     considered to be an important in our life that help us to think in different ways to discover ourselves and that give each of differences special value .

6.      In my opinion that value demonstrated at the Future Center  it's important value, because the Future Center  make the disabilities adapt with the life and without this Center the disabilities will be a burden of the families and that give grate reputation and make them develop.

Martin Luther King 

      Martin Luther King, Jr. was born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta. He was an American clergyman, activist, and prominent leader in the African-American civil rights movement .The black people was have many aspects of persecution and contempt and he want to stop that. He called out to resist based the principle of "non-violence" or "peaceful resistance" to the way the Indian freedom Mahatma Gandhi and  this was the point Martin Luther King Jr. was making . Martin wants to transform the treatment of black people to be like other people and no any differences.

  The relevance from what Martin Luther King did until today is big changing, because in that time the American people they are not equal between white and black. The Schools separated , the front sets for white people and they not allow  from many thinks. That makes chaos in some of city in US .

          Martin Luther King seed Said : I Have a Dream" speech, he said "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character". In my opinion the dream of Martin Luther King has realized, because now we don’t see any kind of Racism all of American people work to gather like in one family.

                       When Sharjah ruled the skies, 1930-1960

       In 1930 Sharjah get first airport in 1930 , since 1930 the Emirates people they don’t have any idea how airplane work and they  want get an experience from the others . In that time the population was 15,000 with a different nationality. Emirates has business from different country like India , Africa , Kiewit and Bahrain .In Markets they have camels , cows  , sheep , coffee and other thinks from different places , that help Sharjah improve the relations between other cultures .

     The British was care about landing and takeoff  the airplane and the local people help them to done the work by give the, the food  , water and place for station .In this way the relations changed because all of them do the work to gather. Without getting the machines from British to Sharjah , they can't make an airport. The military was but some army to see the places and gave the safe to visitors until the engineering finish from airplane engines . When the visitor we can see everybody smiling and happy , because treated them to charity and that reason the relations with  other cultures has changed .

     In My opinion , the cultural relations will evolve , because every year the Sharjah and all other city in UAE growth and open many companies .In that way they will  have many jobs and attract the people from other countries . That causes , many different cultural and that help a local people to meet many different  cultural .
